Itinerary
Upon arrival meet our representative and after traditional welcome we drive towards the hotel at Kochi for overnight stay.
Afternoon we proceed to visit Fort Kochi (Cochin). Cochin, the commercial hub of Kerala is a town of great historical importance. The Portuguese and British architecture all blend harmoniously with the base of Kerala heritage. Cochin has the finest natural harbor and is called the “Queen of the Arabian Sea” and it was declared a major port in 1936.
After sightseeing we make a short drive to a local theatre to witness Kathakali dance show.
Rest of the day free to relax.
Places to visit: Dutch Palace, St. Francis Church, Santa Cruze Basilica , the Synagogue, Chinese Fishing Nets , the Dhobi ghat.

After breakfast (10.00 am) drive to Munnar . It is a a major center of Kerala’s tea industry, and close to Anamudi (2695 m), the highest peak in South India. It is surrounded by about 30 tea estates, among the highest in the world, and forest that is still rich in wildlife, including the reclusive Nilgiri Tahr. On the way you can see beautiful waterfalls of Cheeyappara&Vellara.

After breakfast we proceed for the soft trekking though Lakshmi hills with Guide & packed lunch. After breakfast we proceed for sight seeing of this beautiful hill station. Visit MattupettyDam , Echo point, Tea Museum, etc…You can also scroll through the beautiful tea plantations and the local markets.. Rest of the free to relax.

Morning after breakfast we drive towards the highlands of Kerala -Thekkady. The journey takes you through softly contoured hill slopes surrounded by plantations of rubber, pepper and spices like cardamom, coffee & tea. Periyar Tiger Reserve, Thekkady, is an example of nature’s bounty, with great scenic charm, rich bio diversity and providing veritable visitor satisfaction. Sprawled over an area of 925 Sq .km., Periyar is one of the 27 tiger reserves in India. Zealously guarded and efficiently managed reserve is a repository of rare, endemic and endangered flora and fauna and forms the major watershed of two important rivers of Kerala, the Periyar and Pamba. On the way visit Spice Garden.

we proceed for Motor boat ride through the Periyar lake with a chance to see the wild animals in their natural habitat.After the boat ride we take a short drive to nearby theatre to witness the famous martial arts show of Kerala, Kalarippayattu. Rest of the free to relax.

Today after breakfast proceed to Alleppey to board the Houseboat for an overnight stay.. The House Boat cruise through the small canals andVembanadu Lake. The House boat that comprises bed rooms with attached bathrooms , running water and a lounge area in which to relax and enjoy the sights on the shore. Cruise through the backwaters of Alleppey, which is hailed as the ‘ Venice of the east’, because of its intricate maize and backwaters, canals and bridges. In the boat you can enjoy the traditional Kerala style dishes…Rest of the day free to relax..
Today after breakfastdisembark from the Houseboat. Then proceed to Marari Beach. Marari Beach is a serene, uncommercialized golden-sand beach in the Alappuzha district of Kerala, known for its tranquil atmosphere and traditional fishing village setting, Mararikulam. It offers a peaceful environment with swaying coconut palms, ideal for relaxation, beach walks, and cultural immersion into local fishing life.

Day 17: Departure transfer to Trivandrum Airport (20 km/ 30 min approx)
Today after breakfast according to your flight timing, departure transfer to Kochi Airport.
